摘要不安腿综合征（restless legs syndromes,RLS）是一种常见的神经系统疾病,1685年ThomasWillis首次描述该病的临床特点,1945年Ekbom将其正式命名为不安腿综合征[1]。其主要表现为休息或安静时下肢感觉不适，尤其在夜间更加剧烈，需要或强迫性活动下肢以缓解症状。
