中国酒道是酿酒和饮酒的内在内涵和文化蕴味的外延,是酿酒、饮酒、论酒的知识总集。论述了中国酒道的概念、基本原则、研究意义、研究方法和内容体系等几个方面,阐释了中国酒道的精神及其内涵。
Liquor ceremony is the extension of inner meanings of liquor-making and drinking.It is also the total collection of the knowledge about liquor-making,liquor drinking,and liquor evaluation.In this paper,the concept,the basic principles,the research significance,the research methods,and the content architecture of liquor ceremony in China were introduced,and the spirits and the inner meanings of liquor ceremony in China were explained.
