摘要
补加工是CAM软件编程的关键技术之一,补加工就是适时确定毛坯的残留状态及残留量并据此生成相应刀具的精简高效、科学合理的刀轨。Z-Map留量模型是一种描述留量的几何模型,毛坯加工过程中不断变化的数字模型由大量的Z-Map点构成,Z-Map留量模型能如实反映毛坯适时的残留状态、可自动识别补加工区域且计算简单,对传统Z-Map留量模型的改进处理可提高加工精度及运算处理速度。基于Z-Map留量模型CAM软件易于实现补加工编程智能化。
Remachining is a key technology of CAM software for programming and it can timely to determine the residues and residual condition of the workpiece and generate corresponding scientific and reasonable toolpath.Z-Map stock-remaining is a geometric model which describe stock-remaining,digital model consists of a lot of Z-Map points when rough is manufactured,Z-Map stock-remaining can reflect the condition of the rough.It can identify remachining area automatically and simple calculation,ways of processing to improve traditional Z-Map stock-remaining can improve the machining accuracy and computing speed.It is easy to realize the CAM software programming intellectualized for remachining based on the Z-Map stock-remaining.
