摘要
以水溶液全循环工艺数据为基础,对尿素生产流程中最为关键的尿素合成塔进行了模拟研究,在模拟过程中考虑了进塔物流混合程度和塔板效率对CO2转化率的影响。运用Visual Fortran语言开发出了尿素合成塔的主程序,运用Visual Basic语言开发出了模拟软件的界面。所开发的模拟软件具有良好的模拟精确度,能够反映出混合程度与塔板效率对CO2转化率的影响。由Visual Basic编制的界面程序具有友善的人机交互界面,便于操作,同时具有绘图等附加功能。
Based on process data of total aqueous solution recycle method,urea converter which is the most crucial equipment in urea production process is simulated. And during the simulation,the mixing degree and plate efficiency that can affect CO2 conversion are also considered. The main simulative software of the urea converter is programmed with Visual Fortran language and its interface is programmed by Visual Basic language. The simulative software has a good simulation accuracy and can reflect the mixing degree and plate efficiency on the CO2 conversion. The software interface which is developed by the Visual Basic has friendly man-machine interface, easy operation, and additional features such as drawing.
