摘要
对某矿用车中桥传动系进行了有限元分析,主要对轴间和轮间差速器进行了分析。从分析结果看,轴间差速器的应力分布区域以及最大应力出现区域与实际产品的情况一致,轴间差速器的设计合理。轮间差速器整体受力情况符合设计要求。
The transmission of intermediate axle is analyzed with finite element method,the inter-axial differential and inter-wheel differential are researched mainly. The calculation indicates that stress distribution of the inter-axial differential is similar with the practical situation, and the design is reasonable. But for the inter-wheel differential, except the normal stress of the planetary wheel exceeds the allowable stress little, the other all satisfy the design requirement.
