摘要
近些年随着高校艺术类大学生招生人数的不断增加,艺术类大学生的总体数量持续增长。艺术类大学生作为高校学生中的一个"特殊群体",由于专业以及自身的独特性,常规性的教育模式已经不能很好地结合艺术类大学生的诸多特点进行教育和指导,暴露出许多的问题。针对艺术类大学生的特殊性,需要探求一种"因材施教"的教育管理模式。"激发潜质教育模式"能够很好地结合艺术类大学生的诸多特点,因势利导地开展教育工作。通过这种教育模式的运用,实现科学而高效的教育和管理,从而解决这一高校学生教育管理中富有挑战性的难题。
In recent years with the College Art Students enrollment increases,the overall number of art students continued to grow.Art Students in college students as a "special group",as well as their own unique expertise,the conventional educational model has not a good combination of many characteristics of art education students and guidance,revealed many problems.Specificity for art students need to seek an "individualized" education management."Excitation potential educational model" can work well with many characteristics of art students to the prevailing circumstances in the conduct education.Through the use of this mode of education,the scientific and efficient management of education and to address the Student Management in a challenging problem.
