摘要
结合教学实践,从专业英语的词汇、阅读、翻译和写作等方面,探讨了食品专业英语的教学方法。通过分析食品专业英语学习中的重点和难点,并提出相应的解决方法,为更好的提高专业英语教学质量,培养高素质的食品专业人才提供参考。
In order to improve teaching quality and train high-level professionals for food industry, this paper discusses the teaching methods from several aspects, including vocabulary, reading, writing and translation, offers to some effective solutions through discussing the critical problems and difficulties in English for food specialty (EFS) learning.
