TVT-O治疗58例女性压力性尿失禁效果评价

摘要 目的观察经闭孔无张力阴道吊带术(TVT-O)在治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的效果。方法采用TVT-O治疗58例SUI患者,并术后随访,观察手术效果及安全性。结果 58例女性患者术后症状均得到有效改善,术后平均随访18个月症状未再复发,无明显并发症。结论 TVT-O治疗女性SUI,操作简单、创伤小、术中术后并发症少、疗效可靠。
