通过超声技术制备了含紫膜的卵磷脂脂质体.吸收光谱表明紫膜脂质体中可能有部分bR分子以单体的形式存在.毫秒级动力学光谱仪和pH 计的测量确认光照后该体系周围介质碱化。
Liposomes with bacteriorhodopsin(bR) were prepared by mixing purple membrane and phospholipid in a supersonic bath. The blue shift of maximum absorption of bR indicated that a portin of bR molecules in vesicles are likely to be in the form of monomers. It was confirmed by the pH measurement and the flash photolysis spectroscopy that the medium was alkalized when bR vesicles were shined with light. Our experiments confirmed that bR in liposomes after self assembled in vitro are highly oriented but with an opposite preferred direction to that in the corresponding cell membrane.
