摘要
农业现代化是我国社会发展的主要目标,农业机械化的发达程度是衡量一个国家农业现代化水平的重要标准。为此,通过分析基层农业机械化合作组织的发展与中国农业机械化的进程,认为新生的基层农业机械化合作组织既保证了家庭联产承包的制度活力,又为集约化农业生产提供了保障。民间社会通过对基层生产组织的创造性发挥,在转型时期的中国社会,将小规模家庭生产整合到现代化农业生产中,其经验对其他行业有着借鉴意义。
Agricultural modernization is the main objective of our social development.The level of agricultural mechanization is an important criterion of agricultural modernization level of a nation.This article analyzed the development of the basic mechanize agriculture cooperation organization and the process of China＇s agricultural mechanization,indicated that the primary agricultural mechanization cooperation organization not only ensured that the household contract responsibility system,but also provided security for the agricultural production convergence.Civil society integrate small-scale family production into modern agricultural production by the creativity on the primary production organization.In the transformation period of china society,other sectors can use the experience for reference.
