摘要
完善农业产业化经营是加快转变农业发展方式的重要途径,农业产业化经营能够有效解决农业双层经营机制体制问题,能够提高农业效率和促进公平等问题。近年来,延边地区农业得到了长足发展,但从根本上说其生产经营方式还处于比较落后的阶段。因此,要不断完善农业产业化经营,加快转变延边地区农业发展方式,做到继续解放思想,发展和完善农业合作组织,促进农村土地有效流转,千方百计提高农民素质,做大做强农业龙头企业。
To perfect industrialized operation of agriculture is an important way to accelerate the transformation of agricultural development,solve problems of dual-leveled operative mechanism,improve the efficiency and safeguard fair distribution.Though great achievements have been made in recent years,the agricultural production and operation in Yanbian is still at a stage of underdevelopment.Measures should be taken as follows： to continuously perfect industrialized operation of agriculture,accelerate the transformation of local agricultural development and liberate the minds;to develop and perfect agricultural cooperative organization and progress efficient land transfer in rural areas;to make efforts to improve farmers＇ quality and strengthen the leading enterprises of agriculture.
