关节镜下治疗肩袖损伤48例疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的：探讨关节镜下治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法：对肩袖损伤48例进行关节镜下治疗,并采用UCLA肩评分标准进行评价。结果：术后随访6-17月,平均11个月。术前评分13.6±3.2（9-21）分,术后评分33.4±4.1（15-34）分,手术前后UCLA肩评分有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。其中优33例,良8例,可4例,差3例。优良率达85.4%。结论：关节镜下治疗肩袖损伤效果良好,患者恢复满意。
