摘要
焊接生产过程中,保证焊接质量尤为重要。焊接过程中熔池的形态参数变化、流体流动和表面变形都会影响焊缝成形和焊接质量,近几年来,国内外专家学者在焊接研究领域取得了大量的研究成果,本文综述了较先进的熔化极气体保护焊和惰性气体钨极保护焊中焊接熔池特征参数的检测与控制方法,以及钨极氩弧焊的熔池形状与表面变形的数值模拟和双丝共熔池气体保护焊、激光等离子弧复合焊的流场与热场的数值模拟的研究现状。
The shape parameter variation,fluid-flow and surface deformation of welding pool affect formation of weld bead and weld quality in welding.The current research status of welding pool about several kinds of welding method home and abroad in recent years has been expounded,which involves the methods of detection and control of characteristic parameter of welding pool as well as computer simulation of shape,surface deformation,flow field and temperature field of welding pool.
