摘要 糖尿病作为冠心病的独立预测因素已得到专家的一致认可。糖尿病患者冠心病的患病率和病死率明显高于非糖尿病患者,了解糖尿病合并冠心病冠状动脉病变的特点,对糖尿病合并冠心病的冠状动脉血运重建策略的选择、重建后药物治疗及患者的预后具有重要的指导意义。目前的研究主要集中在影像学上,包括冠状动脉造影、血管内超声、多层螺旋CT、光学相干断层扫描、磁共振等,现就此进行综述。 Diabeteshas been unanimously approved as an independent predictor of coronary artery disease.The morbidity and mortality of coronary artery disease in diabetic patients are significantly higher than in non-diabetes patients.The understanding of the characteristics of diabetic coronary artery lesions is of great significance for the determination of blood stream reconstruction,medical treatment following the reconstruction,and the prevention of diabetic coronary arterial diseases.Currently,the studies of diabetic coronary lesions mainly focus on the imaging,including coronary angiography,intravascular ultrasonography,multi-detector computed tomography,optical coherence tomography,and magnetic resonance,an overview of which is described in this review.
