磁共振弥散加权成像在短暂性脑缺血发作中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)是由于历时短暂的局灶性脑缺血引起的局限性神经功能障碍,一般不超过24 h即可完全恢复。磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion-weighted MRI,DWI)是利用水分子弥散运动的特性进行成像,对急性脑缺血的检测比常规CT、平扫或增强MRI更为敏感,
