靶样含铁血黄素沉积性血管瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 1病历摘要患者男．20岁。因右侧腰部紫黑色丘疹近20年，痛、痒1周．于2009年11月11日来我院门诊就诊。20年前，患者出生后不久其家属发现其右侧腰部有一紫黑色丘疹，无任何不适，未诊治。近1周来，皮损处痛、痒，周围出现瘀血圈及淡黄色晕，遂来我院求治。患者既往体健。
