膨润土中方石英和α-石英的定量相分析——X射线衍射外标法和K值法的对比 被引量:24

Quantitative Analysis of Cristobalite and α-Quartz in Bentonite by X-Ray Powder Diffraction—Comparison Between External Standard and K-Value Method

摘要 采用X射线衍射定量分析法的外标法和K值法(基体清洗法),对21个膨润土样品中的方石英和α-石英物相进行了定量分析,通过验证实验,对外标法和K值法的定量精度进行了评估。分析结果表明:对于同一种物相,外标法的定量分析结果均大于K值法,2种方法定量分析同一物相的差值随检测相含量的增加而增大;由于基体吸收效应的影响,外标法的定量误差无规律性且无法通过实验消除,K值法的误差主要来源于K值的误差。采用了一种作图求取K值的方法,用该法求取的K值进行分析,精度明显提高,并远高于外标法的分析精度。 X-ray diffraction methods including external standard method and K-value method(matrix flushing method) were used to quantify the cristobalite and α-quartz in 21 bentonite samples.Verification test of the samples with known mineral composition was performed to evaluate the accuracy of the two methods.The results show that the contents of cristobalite and α-quartz determined by the external standard method are higher than that by K-value method.The differences of the same phase contents measured by the two methods increase with the phase content.The error and its irregularity of external standard method result from the matrix absorption effect,which cannot be avoided in the experiment.The error of K-value method,however,is caused by the inaccuracy of K-values.Adopting the K-values determined by a mapping method,the accuracy of matrix flushing method is significantly improved,and it is much higher than that of external standard method.
