摘要
目的:探讨膝关节内骨折关节镜下微创治疗的疗效。方法:对96例膝关节内骨折患者施行关节镜下骨折复位固定,术后配合我院自制药口服并积极功能锻炼。结果:所有病例随访6个月～53个月,按照ROM与Lysholm的评价疗效评定标准,优良率分别为90.6%(87/96)和89.6%(86/96),取得了令人满意的疗效。结论:膝关节内骨折关节镜下微创治疗具有创伤小、恢复快、疗效可靠等优点。
Objective：To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of intra articular fracture of knee joint treated with minimally invasive internal fixation assisted by arthroscopy. Methods：Minimally invasive internal fixation assisted by arthroscopy was performed on 96 cases. After operation, all patients took self-prepared oral traditional Chinese drugs and combined with knee rehabilitation. Results：All patients were followed up for 6 to 53 months. According to ROM and Lysholm criteria, the excellent rate was 90.6 % （87/96） and 89.6 % （86/96）. Conclusion： Minimally invasive internal fixation assisted by arthroscopy is suitable for treating intra-articular fracture of knee joint, with the advantages of little trauma, quick healing and definite curative effect.
