摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究了K326 和NC89 这两个烤烟主栽基因型在NH4NO3 、NaNO3 、UREA 和(NH4)2SO4 4 种形态氮肥下生长的差异。同时还研究了上述4 种氮肥形态对不同基因型烤烟在土壤干旱胁迫时有关生物学性状和烟叶产量的影响。实验证明,在同等施肥条件下4 种氮肥对烤烟生长的促进效果为NH4NO3 > NaNO3 > ( NH4)2SO4 > UREA。其中NC89 对NH4 - N 和UREA 的适应能力略强于K326 。K326 更适应于在NO3 - N 下生长。通过对干旱胁迫下各处理烟叶产量的比较,在同等干旱胁迫下,4 种形态氮肥下生长的NC89 基因型的抗旱能力比K326 强。不同形态氮肥处理的各基因型烤烟均以NH4NO3 、NO3 - N 处理的抗旱性强于UREA 和NH4 - N 处理。
The experiment studied two flue cured tobacco varieties (K326 and NC89)drought resistance with NH4NO3 ,NaNO3 ,UREAand (NH4)2SO4 applied ,respectively ,and thefour nitrogen forms on biological characteristics andleaves yield .The resultshowedthatatthesamefertilizerlevelthe positiveeffectoffour nitro gen formson tobacco growth followed the order NH4NO3 > NO3 - N> NH4 - N> UREA,and NC89 grows well to NH+4 - Nand UREAin thesoil,compared to K326 .By comparison of yield oftobaccoleaves with thefour ni trogen forms applied ,and moisture metabolism ,nitrogen metabolism ,activity of root system ,cell membrane diffusions and antioxidation induced system were studied ,the results showed that the drought resistance of NC89is higher than K326 ,fertilizer Nforms on flue cured tobacco drought resistance followed the order of NH4NO3 > NaNO3 > UREA> (NH4)2SO4 ,at the same soil moisture stresslevel.
