摘要
植物在环境污染治理中有很大的潜力。本文介绍了植物整治的一般原理,综述了其在去除Cd2 + ,Pb2+ ,Hg ,Ni2 + 等金属离子,富营养水体中的N、P 元素、有机废水治理中的研究现状,以及植物回收贵重金属的可能性。讨论了今后的研究方向:一是植物对重金属及其它污染物的耐受及解毒原理;二是选育高年生物量、耐受性强、根系发达的“超级植物”;三是优化工艺。
Plants hold a large potential for environmental remedation and biomanufacturing. Recently developed phytoremediation technology exploits the ability of plants to absorb, transport, concentrate or immobilize environmental pollutants in soils and waste waters. The present paper introduced the principle of phytoremediation, and reviewed the progresses both in removing Cd 2+ ,Pb 2+ ,Hg,Ni 2+ and other toxic metals in contaminated sites, and in decreasing the concentrations of N, P elements in eutrophicated water body water body via phytoremediation techniqes. The possibility to retrieve rare metals by plants was discussed as well. To develop this technique, some issues should be considered in the future researches:One is the mechanism of resistance and detoxification to heavy metal ions and other pollutants. Another one is to select “superplants” which have high biomass, abundant roots, and strong power to resist to pollutants via variant breeding technologies. The third one is to optimize the arts, so as to improve the benefits.
