The emission status quo of phosgene containing waste gas, the optimum conditions of the use of catalyst SN 7501 in the treatment of phosgene containing waste gas and the key designing points of phosgene hydrolyzing tower are introduced. Under the apropriate temperature and sufficient residence time, the waste gas containing various concentration phosgene can be effectively treated by catalytic hydrolysis process, realizing meeting the national emission standards.
