成人骶髂关节前脱位二例报告 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨成人骶髂关节前脱位的损伤机制、临床特点和治疗方法。方法总结分析我院收治的2例成人骶髂关节前脱位患者资料，均为男性；年龄分别为33和54岁；交通伤1例，高处坠落伤1例。2例患者术前均存在其他部位和神经损伤，采用前路重建钢板内固定治疗。结果2例患者分别获12个月、5个月随访，术后均获得解剖复位。患者1末次随访时Ls神经根损伤未恢复，性功能完全恢复；患者2术后3个月随访时L，神经根损伤完全恢复。临床功能按照Majeed评分标准评定：分别为72分和78分。结论成人骶髂关节前脱位是一种少见的损伤，常合并其他部位、神经和血管损伤，致残率高。采用前路重建钢板内固定治疗骶髂关节前脱位是一种行之有效的方法，其具有暴露简单、复位方便和固定牢靠等优点。
