老年患者全麻苏醒期躁动发生的危险因素分析 被引量：29

摘要 全麻苏醒期躁动（emergence agitation，EA）是指在全麻苏醒期所表现的兴奋、躁动或／和定向障碍，可出现肢体的无意识动作、哭喊等不适当行为。对于老年患者，EA的发生尤其容易增加心肺等器官的负荷，甚至引起器官功能紊乱或衰竭。故本研究通过对60岁及以上的老年患者发生EA的分析，以期为EA的预防及临床诊治捉供参考。
