烧结温度对316不锈钢粉末冶金烧结体组织和性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 采用真空烧结法制备了316奥氏体不锈钢粉末冶金烧结体,研究了烧结温度对其显微组织和力学性能的影响,并对其拉伸断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,烧结体组织晶粒不断粗化,孔隙减少、尺寸降低;烧结体的相对密度、抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率等均提高,但当温度升到1340℃以后提高并不明显,并有缓慢降低的趋势;最佳烧结温度为1340℃,此时烧结体的密度为7.86g.cm-3,抗拉强度为754MPa。 316 austenitic stainless steel powder metallurgy sintered body was fabricated by vacuum sintering method,and the influence of sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties was studied.The tensile fracture surface morphology was analyzed.The results show that the grains coarsened gradually,pores reduced and size decreased,the relative density,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the sintered body increased obviously with the increase of sintering temperature,while increased unobviously when the temperature reached 1 340 ℃ and even decreased slowly.The optimal sintering temperature was 1 340 ℃,the density and tensile strength of the sintered bady could reach 7.86 g·cm-3 and 754 MPa,respectively.
