摘要
纵观历史的发展,文化与科技一直相互伴随发展、紧密相连。在当代文化与科技加速融合、相互促进、共同发展的时代背景下,推进文化与科技融合、加快发展当代演艺文化具备了重要的现实意义。本文从以下三个方面展开论述,一是强调深刻认识文化与科技融合的重要意义,以使之成为提升国家文化软实力的强劲动力;二是要求积极探索文化与科技融合的实现途径,并使之成为实现文化"两大一新"发展目标的重要引擎;三是强调要努力实现文化与科技融合的关键任务,使之成为满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求的重要手段。在当前信息化、数字化的时代,高新技术在文化领域的广泛应用造就了众多新颖的文化形态,在这样的时代背景中,"演艺文化"等传统文化形态与先进技术的联姻成为一种必然。推动文化与科技的融合,大幅度增加文化创新的有效供给,提升中国文化软实力,是文化发展服务国家战略的历史重任和强劲动力。文化需求的发展与文化的发展相同,两者共同随时代的发展而发生嬗变。在当今,文化也必然要借助科技的力量,激发人民群众的文化创造潜能,满足人民群众的精神文化需求。我们要实现文化与科技融合的关键任务,使之成为满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求的重要手段,就要从尽快建立健全政策保障机制,加强对文化与科技融合的组织与引导;建立产学研相结合的技术创新体系,增强文化科技自主创新能力;扶持企业主体,充分发挥企业主体的技术创新作用;鼓励艺术家主动学习、运用先进技术,增强文化科技的推广应用力度,为人民群众提供具有感染力、吸引力和艺术魅力的艺术作品,真正发挥文化在社会发展中独特的重要作用这四个方面进行努力。
Through the whole history,there has been a close connection between culture and technology.Therefore,in the contemporary context of mutual promotion and development of culture and technology,it has an operation significance to advance their fusion,and quicken the development of contemporary performance culture.The present article discusses from three aspects.Firstly,it insists that it is necessary to further understand the importance of the fusion of culture and technology,so as to promote it to be a vigorous impetus in advancing national cultural soft power.Secondly,it demands us to actively explore a practical way to achieve the fusion of culture and technology,which will become an important engine to implement culture development.Thirdly,it appeals to pull off key missions,in hope of meeting spiritual needs which gradually increase day by day.Nowadays,we are in a time of informationization and digitization.High-tech is creating a number of new forms in cultural area;therefore,it is inevitable to associate traditional culture such as ＂performance art＂ with advanced technology.It is a historically important task to advance the fusion of culture and technology,substantially increase an effective supply,and promote Chinese cultural soft power,so as to better serve national cultural strategy.The development of cultural needs and that of culture itself change with the times.In contemporary world,it is a must that culture with the power of technology inspires people＇s creative potential,and meets people＇s spiritual needs.To perfectly complete this mission,we should firstly establish a healthful policy guarantee system,and pay attention to orient the fusion of culture and technology;secondly set up a technology innovation system that well balance manufacture,learning,and research,and reinforce independent innovation ability of cultural technology;thirdly support enterprises giving rein to their original function;fourthly encourage artists actively learn advanced technology,and with its aid to create inspiratio
