摘要
中国的器官移植技术近年来发展较快,供体短缺成为制约其发展的主要障碍。从影响脑死亡器官捐献过程的各个因素出发,对世界各国在法律模式、脑死亡判断及相应运作程序、文化背景、公众态度、医疗行业的社会信任度等方面的异同进行总结和分析,希望为解决中国的移植供体短缺难题提供参考。
Organ transplantation in China has developed rapidly in recent years. However, donor shortage is a major limiting factor during its development. This article bases on the factors affecting the process of organ donation in Brain-dead patients, summarizing and analyzing the similarities and differences of the legal model, brain death judgments and operation procedure,cultural background, public attitudes.social trust of medical profession and other aspects in the countries around the world , wishing to provide references in resolving the donor shortage problem in China.
