摘要
煤矿企业的现场管理对于提高煤矿生产效率,保证安全生产,提升企业核心竞争力都有着很重要的作用。提高现场管理的方法和工具越来越多,但是在国内真正运用得很好,充分发挥其功效的却很少,原因就在于现场管理的执行力欠缺。从国有煤矿现场管理现状及问题出发,论证了目标、日清、激励三个方面对于OEC(overall every control and clear)管理模式解决煤矿现场管理问题的实用性,在此基础上构建了国有煤矿现场管理执行力体系,解决了现场管理中的薄弱环节,从而达到提升煤矿现场管理执行力的目的。
Coal mine site management plays an important role in improving the production efficiency,ensuring safe production and promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises.Currently,the methods and tools to improve the site management become more and more,but it is very seldom that using well and effective in our courntry,the reason is that site management executing capacity is lacking.After the analysis of coal mine site management status and problems,this paper discusses the OEC management pattern＇s usability to solve the problem of coal mine site management from three aspects of target,everyday clear and motivation.On this basis,it constructs coal mine site management execution system to reinforce the weak link of site management and to improve the coal mine site management executing capacity.
