摘要
用纽约市“城区-郊区-农区”140km长的森林生态样带研究了城市化对森林植被、土壤重金属含量和森林景观的影响。随着距市中心的距离加大,森林植被的类型、种类组成及结构有明显的不同;土壤主要重金属含量逐渐降低;森林景观斑块数量减少,斑块面积增大,景观异质性降低,这些变化与交通密度、道路密度、人口密度以及城市土地利用率有显著的相关性。人类活动及大气污染是影响森林的主要因素。生态样带是研究“城区-郊区-农区”环境变化的好手段。
A 140km “Urban suburban rural” gradient in New York City was set up and used to study the effects on urbanization on forest vegetation,forest soils and forest landscape.Along the gradient from urban to rural area,the types,composition and community structure of forest vegetation very obviously.The contents of main heavy metals in forest soils go down gradually.The number of forest patches decreases,their size increases,the heterogeneity of landscape decreases.These variations are closely related to traffic density,road density,population density and urban land use.Human activities and air pollution are the main factors affecting the forest.Ecological gradient is a good tool at the study of changes of urban suburban rural environment.
