军品企业转型研究

The Research on Defense Industry Enterprises' Conversion

摘要 随着冷战的结束,世界各国纷纷大幅削减国防经费,军品企业不得不调整自身的发展策略,向民品企业进行转型。本文首先对军品企业和民品企业的区别进行了分析,然后对军品企业的转型策略进行了概括,并在此基础上构建了一个军品企业转型的二维分析框架,该分析框架为政府部门和军品企业的管理者全面分析转型风险和作出转型决策提供了参考。 With the end of the Cold War,Countries around the world deep cut defense spending one after another and the defense enterprises had to adjust its' development strategy and convert to civilian enterprises.The paper analyzed the difference between defense enterprises and civilian enterprises at first.After that,it summarized defense enterprises' conversion strategies.Based on it,the paper builded a two dimension analytical framework for the conversion.Such a framework can help government departments and defense companies' administrators to comprehensive analyze the risk of conversion and serve as a reference to decision-making in conversion.
