摘要 讨论分形解码结果图象的特点,基于分形码对图象的放大作用,用小波提取放大图象中的高频信息,再用小波图象融合方法增强图象细节,同时用小波的局部极大值的Lipschitz指数调整方法去除结果图象的块效应,直接提高压缩结果图象质量,可用于改善高压缩比的分形压缩解码结果图象质量。 The method of improving the PSNR in fractal compression is studied.Based on the magnification effect of fractal code for image, the algorithm extracts the high frequency information in the zooming out image by wavelet transform, then merges the information into the decoded image by wavelet transform. A modification method of Lipschitz exponent of wavelet coefficients local module maximum is also investigated in order to get rid of the blocking effect in the result image. This kind of method is used to improve the PSNR of result image in low bits rate image compression.
