摘要
以内蒙古锡林浩特市天然浮石为粗骨料,以呼和浩特市金桥电厂Ⅰ级粉煤灰为掺合料,配制轻骨料混凝土。通过试验研究在胶凝材料总量一定的情况下,水泥的掺量、粉煤灰的掺量、以及龄期对混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:粉煤灰掺量在15%-30%之间时,不仅能保证混凝土的早期强度,而且能改善轻骨料混凝土拌合物的黏聚性和均匀性,具有一定的经济价值。
Using natural pumice stone of Xilinhot City in Inner Mongolia as coarse aggregate and the fly ash of grade Iin Hohhot Golden Bridge power plant as admixture,preparation of lightweight aggregate concrete to study total cementitious materials in certain circumstances cement content, fly ash content and age on compressive strength rules of concrete through the experiment.The results showed that 15% fly ash to 30%,not only can ensure the early strength of concrete,but also can improve the cohesiveness and uniformity of the lightweight aggregate concrete mix, which also have some economic value.
