数字图书馆的建设和运行需要巨大的成本投入支撑,之中还涉及众多的成本项目。不同类型的成本项目对数字图书馆建设和运作的重要性不同,他们之间的相关性也不同。因此,衡量不同类型的成本的重要性以及合理分配不同类型的成本支出对于数字图书馆的发展和经费的节约有着重要的现实意义。
The construction and operation of digital libraries require a significant investment in support costs, and it also involves many costs of the project. Different types of cost play different role in the construction and operation of digital libraries, and the correlation between them is also different. Therefore, the measure of the importance of different types of costs and the reasonable allocation of the costs for different types of digital library have a great significance in the development and funding of the conservation.
