摘要
摩托车产业是江门市的支柱产业,江门市摩托车产业集群的发展对江门市经济有着重大的战略意义。本文在波特模型的理论框架下,从生产要素、需求条件、支持产业与相关产业、企业结构与竞争、机遇以及政府作用等6个方面,分析了江门市摩托车产业竞争力状况,并且提出了提升江门摩托车产业集群竞争力的对策。
Motorcycle industry is the most important pillar industry in Jiangmen,and has great strategic meanings to the development in Jiangmen.Based on the theoretical framework of Porter Model from the aspects of productive elements,demand conditions,supporting and relevant industries,company structure and competition,opportunity as well as government effects,the competitiveness of motorcycle industrial competitiveness in Jiangmen were analyzed.
