摘要
以生态和可持续发展为导向,根据愉悦、生态和公共利益的景观要求,建立了由生态、社会和文化三重价值构成的建筑水环境价值评价指标体系。针对指标权重的确定,引入不确定型群层次分析法(UGAHP),通过构造区间判断矩阵以充分反映个体偏好,并以群组意见的相似度和差异度来衡量专家的权重。
In this paper, with ecological and sustainable development as guidance, according to landscape demands of pleasure, ecology and public interest, the evaluation system on water environment value of architecture is established, and it is made of ecological, social and cultural values. The uncertain group analytic hierarchy process is introduced to determine the importance of different value, in which the interval comparison matrix is constructed to fully reflect individual preferences and the similarity and the difference of the views of experts is measured as expert weight.
