摘要
为准确计算水利工程管理现代化评价指标的权重,采用粗糙集理论分析了原始数据,基于实测数据离散化,将指标权重转化为粗糙集理论中的属性重要度,构建了水利工程管理现代化评价权重计算模型,并通过分析评判评价对象的信息量和重要度,计算了模型权重。实例验证了该方法合理有效。
To accurately compute the weight factors for influence of water conservancy project modernization evaluation,rough sets theory is used to analyze raw data.Based on discretization of measured data,index weights are converted into the significance of attributes in rough sets and weights calculation model of water conservancy project modernization assessment is established.Then the weight of model is computed by analyzing the information and significance of evaluation object.An example is given to verify effectiveness and rationality of this new method.
