摘要
为解决国际标准IEC 61000-4-2规定的静电放电(ESD)抗扰度试验平台存在的局限性,通过分析ESD模拟器开关动作、ESD电流及其导数、ESD辐射场、试验结果的判定准则和试验方法的不完善规范对ESD抗扰度试验的影响,探讨了IEC标准试验平台问题存在的原因。研究发现,ESD模拟器开关动作对试验结果会产生很大影响,其辐射场是造成试验结果差异的主要原因之一;不同品牌的ESD模拟器会产生不同的放电电流及电流导数,因此会产生不同的试验结果;ESD模拟器的种类及其旋转角度会对ESD辐射场产生很大的影响,进而影响到试验结果的重复性;标准对ESD抗扰度试验方法的不完善规范也是造成试验结果差异的原因。
To resolve the limitation of the ESD immunity test platform which is specified in the standard IEC 61000-4-2,the effects of the switch action of ESD generator,the discharge current and its derivative,the radiation field and the imperfect specification of the test method on the testing results were studied.It was found that the effect of the switch action of ESD generator on the testing results was very distinct,and the radiation field caused by the switch action was one of the main causes of the different testing results;different discharge current and current derivative were caused by different ESD generators,which would cause different testing results;the imperfect specification of test method in the standard was the other reason.
