摘要 ⅣⅤ族过渡金属与碳C、氮N、硼B形成的化合物电子导电性好,硬度大、熔点高。本文综述了这些过渡金属碳化物、氮化物和硼化物的结构、性能及在电子器件工业中的应用。 Compounds of transition metals from gropus Ⅳ and Ⅴ with carbon, nitrogen or boron are electronically conductive but are also very hard and have high melting points. Their structures, properties and electronic applications are discussed in this paper.
