摘要
对激光熔覆过程中熔覆区产生裂纹的原因进行了分析，提出了一种新的多道搭接熔覆方法。通过实验。
The reason for cracking of the laser cladded layers was analyzed in detail.A new overlapping method for decreasing the cracking sensitivity in laser cladded layer was pointed out.By this method a laser cladded layer with 8 overlapping zones and having good quality was obtained.
