摘要
近年来随着我国汽车生产与消费的不断增长,汽车服务业呈现快速发展的趋势。通过GIS空间分析和电信黄页统计模拟,对潍坊市奎文区汽车服务业近10年的空间演变趋势进行实证研究,从中提炼和归纳其产业空间演化的三种结构模式。得出结论:汽车服务业空间演化模式多元,与产业自身特征、发展情况和发展阶段对应;演化过程受政策性、经济性、社会性和历史性动力机制共同作用;产业空间与城市的其他服务业空间联系紧密,相互作用性强。最后提出建议:通过灵活采用布局模式,合理调控市场、运用科学的规划手段,可有效引导和优化其产业空间布局;同时加强关联产业的联系和配套,有序组织集群内部空间功能,可促进汽车服务业的科学高效发展。
By using GIS spatial analysis and statistics of the SingTel Yellow Pages,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the spatial variation of the study area's automotive service industry in the approximately past 10 years,and summarizes three models("point-axis" model,"point-block" model and "point-axis-block" mode)of evolution of trends in automotive service industry and reasons behind these phenomena.In the end of this paper,it concludes that the spatial agglomeration process' modes of the automotive service industry are in high degree of diversification in study area,corresponding to the industry's own characteristics and stages of development;influencing factors such as policy,economy,social,and historical dynamic mechanism are interacted in the course of this evolution;automotive service industry's industrial space and urban space have strong connection and interaction.And to guide the spatial layout and optimization,this paper gives some proposal and suggestion: Flexible plan the industrial layout pattern,regulate the market and make reasonable spatial guidance;at the same time strengthen the links between automotive service industry and related supporting industries,and orderly organization of space capabilities within the cluster,in order to promote the development of automotive service industry,and provide scientific and reasonable guidance for the further agglomeration trend of the financial services industry in China.
