摘要
本文陈述了水上安全保障设施建设的重要意义及我国水上安全保障设施的现状。在分析了我国水上安全保障系统面临的新形势后,提出了加强这方面设施的建议。
This paper describes first the present state of water-borne measures in our country, and points out the importance its meaning.After analyzing the new situation of present safety protection systems, the author puts forward some suggestions about the reinforcement of construction in all respects.
