摘要
分析了有效提高光电式图像识别传感器可靠性的方法。研究了环境光补偿、提高传感器电磁兼容性及其他抗干扰措施,采用该方法可大大提高传感器的环境适应能力和工作的稳定性;应用拉格朗日插值算法提高了光电传感器图像识别的分辨率。实验和实际应用证明:传感器在不同的环境下工作时,都具有很高的适应性、稳定性和准确性,最大测量误差小于0.4mm,实现了光电传感器图像识别的高可靠性。
An effective method which improves the reliability of photoelectic sensor image recognition is analyzed. The methods of environmental light compensation, ways to improve the sensor' s electromagnetic compatibility and other anti-interference measures are studied. By using these measures, the environmental adaptability and working stability of photoelectric sensor are greatly improved. Lagrange interpolation algorithm is applied to improve the resolution of the photoelectric sensor image recognition. Tests and practical applications show that by using the above measures ,the sensor has high adaptability, stability and accuracy in different conditions and the maximum measurement error is less than 0.4 ram. realizing the high reliability of the photoelectric sensor image recognition.
