摘要
在民主政治不断完善的历史进程中,政治权力运行、政治实践方式和政治中介手段日渐柔性化,政治文明软化成为政治实践的未来主题。在这一背景维度下,和谐文化建设将呈现出建设主体的民主参与性、建设内容的多元融合性、建设方式的平等协商性等特征。因此,建设和谐文化,需要以公民政治建设为契机,实现文化主体权利的广泛性和公平性;需要以核心价值体系为主导,实现社会文化内容的多元性和融合性;需要以主体间理论为规范,增强和谐文化传播的自觉性和归属性。
In the history of perfecting the democratic politics, political power, political practice and political intermediary are more and more flexible, the softening trend of political civilization comes to be the theme in the future of the political practice. Under this background, the constraction ef harmonious culture will show the features which include democratic participation of the subject, multi-integration of the contents and equal negotiation of the ways. Therefore, to construct the harmonious culture, we need to realize the pervasiveness and fairness of subjects＇ rights, to realize the diversity and integration of culture＇s contents, to strengthen the Self-consciousness and affiliation of harmonious culture＇s transmission.
