摘要
阐释是理解、解释,阐释的伦理包括阐释的正当性说明,也包括对阐释中的道德问题和道德现象分析以及道德原则和道德义务确定。波兹曼认为阐释是一种思想的模式,一种学习的方法,一种表达的途径。对人文社会科学而言,阐释主要运用于对文本、作品的解释,阐释学的核心概念是理解,以文本为依据的理解。对被理解对象的领悟并加以补充创造,是阐释学应有的任务,挖掘文本中深蕴的意义,则是阐释主体的阐释目的所在。一部作品在不同的时间对不同的人意味着不同的意义,阐释中存在的问题就是误读和曲解,对于阐释伦理来说,是理解文本和解释文本是否恰当的问题。制定伦理原则用以调和各种冲突或指导各种行为对人类总是必要的,就阐释伦理研究所确立的伦理原则是可接受原则,它为人文社会科学的发展提供了道德辩护。
The interpretation is the understanding and the explanation. The ethics of interpretation includes me explanation validity, also includes to explain the moral question and the moral phenomenon analysis as well as the ethical principle and the moral duty determination.Postman thought the explanation is one thought pattern, one study method, one expression way. For the humanities social sciences, the explanation mainly is utilized to the text and the work illustration, the explanation study＇s core concept is the understanding which take text as basis understanding, which has been comprehened are the proper study which should be owned by the explanation study, pursue the meaning is the goal of interpretation. A work in the different time means the different significance to the different person. There are two questions of misunderstanding and misinterpretation in the explanation. Regarding the ethics interpretation, whether understanding text and explaining text is an appropriate question or not. It is necessary to establish moral principle to coordinate contradiction and instruct the behavior of people, the principle which is instituted by the explanation ethics is the aeceptanceprinciple, it has provided the moral vindication for the humanities social sciences＇ development.
