摘要
为了使水电工程业主对工程建设管理实施规范运作,科学管理,实现投资效益,确保水电工程建设达到安全可靠、经济和适用目标,本文以水电站工程建设项目管理为研究对象,根据水电建设周期长、投资金额大、涉及领域广、可变因素多、参建单位众多和项目之间接口复杂等特点,对建设管理全过程各阶段的管理的特性进行了剖析,并提出了水电项目建设全程跟踪管理应抓好的八项关键性工作。
In order that the owner of hydropower station project implements standardized operation of engineering construction management and realizes investment returns through scientific management to ensure that the hydropower project construction achieves safe, reliable, economic and applicable objective, this paper takes project management of hydropower station engineering construction as the research object to analyze the management characteristics in all the stages of the whole process of construction management and to raise eight items of critical work to be done for whole process tracking management of hydropower project construction according to the characteristics of hydropower station construction such as long period, large investment, wide range involved, multiple variable factors, a lot of construction companies and complicated interfaces between projects.
