婴儿Chiari I畸形合并癫痫一例

摘要 患儿，女，1岁，主因“间断抽搐半年余”人院，表现为双跟上翻，口唇发绀，四肢抖动，持续4～5min缓解，不伴发热。5个月前法洛四联症手术术后发作1次，入院前1d从楼梯上滚落后出现抽搐2次，形式同前。既往5个月前在我院行法洛四联症手术，1个月前行腰脊膜膨出修补术，术前查腰椎MRI提示：
