摘要
长期以来,由于政策规范不足,产业链发展滞后,利润分配不均衡,限制了手机出版服务的发展。要改变当前手机出版服务供给相对不足的现状,就必须打破行业垄断,激活手机出版服务产业链,以消费者需求为导向,加大市场细分力度,加快手机出版服务创新,让手机出版服务真正从"批发"走向"零售",满足不同消费者的异质需求。
Undeveloped industrial chains,imbalanced profit distribution and poor regulations,contributes to the mobile publishing service unsatisfactory performance.In order to change the situation,we must get rid of monopolies,activate the mobile publishing service industry chains,intensify the market segmentation in view of the consumers’ demands,accelerate mobile publishing service innovation,lead the mobile publishing service from "wholesaling" to "retailing," meet different consumers’ heterogeneous demands.
