摘要
总结冠心病心绞痛的基本病机为气虚血瘀，以气虚为本，血瘀为标，本虚标实；对临床运用益气活血法、活血化瘀法、化痰除浊法、益气养阴法、宣痹通阳法、内病外治法治疗本病的研究进展进行了综述；指出了研究中存在的问题及今后研究的方向。
This paper summarizes that the basic pathogenesis coronaryangina pectoris is deficiency of Qi and blood stasis,taking deficiency of Qi as orgin,taking blood stasis as superficiality,and deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality;Sums up the research and development of clinical treating the disease,such as to apply method for supplymenting Qi and activating blood circulation、for promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis、for resolving phlegm and removing turbid urine、for supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin、for activating Yang by removing obstruction、for internal disease with external treatment.In addition,The paper points out the problems of research and the direction of future research.
