摘要
目的:探讨老年鼻饲患者使用无创正压机械通气治疗的护理经验。方法:回顾20例需鼻饲的老年患者使用BiPAP呼吸机的观察和护理。结果:治疗效果满意,无窒息、误吸及呼吸机相关性肺炎等并发症发生。结论:鼻饲患者使用无创呼吸机治疗是安全有效的,密切观察、精心护理是有效治疗的关键。
Objective：To explore nursing on the elderly patients with nasal feeding by using non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.Methods：Observation and nursing for 20 cases of aged patients with nasal feeding by using BiPAP ventilation in our department.Results： The treatment effect was satisfactory.No complications such as asphyxia,aspiration or ventilator associated pneumonia.Conclusion：The treatment of Non-invasive ventilation is an effective and safe method for the patients with nasal feeding.The careful observation of disease development and the perfect nursing care are play an important role in the treatment.
