摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床特点,早期诊断及适当的治疗方法。方法:3例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠病例跟踪并结合相关文献资料进行分析。结果:3例均治愈,但1例为抢救生命而切除子宫,丧失生育能力。结论:CSP发生率增高,需正确诊断和及时处理,最大限度减少不必要的子宫切除,保留生育能力。
Objective：To explore the clinical features,early diagnosis and proper treatment of CSP.Methods：Tracking and analysising 3 cases of CSP.Results：Three patients recovered with one of them suffering from hysterectomy and losing fertility to save her life.Conclusion：With the increase of morbidity rate of CSP,the awareness and understanding of CSP should be sthengthened so that unnecessary hysterectomy can be minimized and fertility can be retained via early correctly diagnosis and timely treatment.
