摘要
介绍了C8051F02x单片机及其存储结构,就其数据扩展和接口功能进行了分析,阐述了外部数据存储器的结构和扩展的技术要求。在访问或扩展外部数据存储器的过程中,通过外部存储器接口(EMIF),使其数据存储器地址空间可灵活地由片内存储器实现,也可以扩展到片外存储器,EMIF可以被配置为地址/数据线复用方式或非复用方式。在需要大容量FLASH存储器的场合,通过C8051F02x MCU内部的SPI总线主从器件的硬件设置和分析,给出了一种单片机与串行总线大容量FLASH存储器的设计实现方法。
This paper introduces C8051F02 xes a microcomputer and its saving structure,expanding and connecting an I/O function to carry on analysis for its data,elaborating the exterior data structure of memorizer with technique request for expanding,connecting through a memorizer of exterior in it,interviewing or expanding the memorizer of the exterior data of the process.Makeing its data memorizer address space can vividly from the slice memory keep a microcomputer realization and can also expand to a memorizer outside.EMIF can be install to reply to use a way or a way not for the address/data line.As situation needed a memorizer of big capacity FLASH,set and analysis of total line of SPI of C8051F02x MCU inner part of the lord from hardware constitution of spare part give a microcomputer and string design that goes big capacity FLASH of total line to access the memory carrying out a method.
